Wholesale Policies, Terms & ConditionsThe
following information outlines our Polices, Terms and Conditions for
our retailers. Retailers and potential retailers must read and
understand these policies.
ORDERING & LEAD TIMES ON ORDERSOrders
may be placed via our online store, email or fax. For US retailers, a
copy of your business license and/or state sales tax certificate must
be submitted via fax or mail before ordering. Online auctioning of new
Swaddlebees products is not permitted. Co-op sales are not allowed.
We
generally try to ship orders within 1 business day for in-stock
orders. If you require bigger quantities than what we normally carry
in stock, you may place a purchase order and can expect your order to
ship in 3-5 weeks. Payment in full is required prior to shipment of
your orders.
MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTSThere
are no minimum volume requirements per order. However, wholesale
customers must place a cumulative wholesale order of $300 at least
every 3 months to keep your account active. Effective June 1, 2007 Volume discounts are applied on wholesale orders in the following
manner:

SHIPPING & DROP-SHIPPINGAll
domestic orders will be shipped via Fedex Ground, UPS or USPS unless
other arrangements are made. Most international orders will be shipped
via Global Express Mail or Fedex. All packages are assigned with
tracking numbers.
We offer drop-shipping at no additional
charge other than the shipping charges calculated in the shopping cart
of the website. Tracking numbers will be sent to the retailer. If
you need any order expedited, please contact us directly to make
arrangements.
MINIMUM PRICINGWe
have specified minimum retail prices on our price list. Please note
that while retailers are free to set their own retail prices, we
reserve the right not to sell our products to retailers that are
selling below our minimum retail price guidelines. Short-term sales
for a duration of 14 days or less and coupons with an end date are
permitted up to twice per year.
CUSTOMER ASSISTANCEIn
order to best serve our customers, we require that all retailers have
experience in using cloth diapers and be knowledgeable about all the
products you choose to sell from our line.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY ISSUESAll
products are guaranteed against snap or manufacturing defects for 90
days from the date of purchase. This covers stitching, seams, snaps,
hook & loop, and elastic. We stand behind our products and have
standard procedures for dealing with manufacturing defects, but we do
not issue credit or replacements for products that are returned due to
stains, leaks, improper care, or when worn out. If you have returns or
exchanges due to product defect, we will issue credit for the wholesale
cost of the item towards your next order. Defective items must be
returned in order to get the credit. All returns on defects must be
accompanied by a copy of the invoice from customer’s purchase. Items
